The STA Counter is a waiting area that is located at the bottom of arrival hall 4. If you book your taxi with us from Schiphol, you will be given the opportunity to book the extra service of the STA Counter.
How does STA Counter work?
We report your flight details to the Schiphol Information System. The employees of the STA Counter are expecting you and you will be notified when you arrive. Your driver will then drive onto the A-track within a few minutes and pick you up right in front of the STA Counter.

- You must report to the STA Counter ASAP when you arrive.
- The Cito Taxi driver checks the Schiphol Information System that you have registered at the STA Counter and will then drive onto the A-track and pick you up right in front of the STA Counter.
How do I book this service?
Once you have your Airport Taxi you can add the STA Counter Service by checking it. Your booking confirmation will then be sent by e-mail.
Do you reserve by phone or by e-mail? Please indicate explicitly that you want to book with the STA Counter Service. Again you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail.
